If you want to be told you can’t access your money because their system is down then metro bank is the bank for you. The completely incompetent staff will gladly be short with you when you inquire about how you are supposed to pay for your family’s check while at a restaurant. They will suggest you pay with cash or other account card. Thanks metro if wanted to carry cash all the time or had another account I wouldn’t need you would i. Unacceptable service and treatment to your customers
First experience with them has made our first time construction loan process easy & quick. Mark Thompson & Dana Jacks in the loan department are awesome. Angela Tiblett in New Accounts made opening our checking painless as well. Everyone was friendly & spoke to us as we walked thru the door. Highly recommend!!!
Excellent customer service! Always friendly! Unlike one particular bank in Pell City, they have more than 3 employees and never have a skeleton crew! Even there remote branches is fully staffed! I feel like they really appreciate my business!
