I attempted to get a rock chip repair fixed. The location of the chip on my windshield made the fix a bit of a challenge. I dropped off the vehicle, when i picked up the vehicle, they stated they were unable to heat seal the chip due to it being near my plastic dash. I appreciate their honesty and not harming my dash. However, they claimed to have added filler and thus charged me half price due to not being able to seal and heat treat. That's great, but now what?
