I called Metro Auto Care for the first time to ask about their car detailing services. I politely asked the person on the phone if they had five minutes to chat since I was a first-time caller. Their response? “No, I don't have time, and they hung up on me. Extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. I wouldn’t trust a business that treats potential customers like that.
