Called to talk to them about an account Ray who is the manger over EVERYTHING was very rude, claimed I was another customer when he did not even know who I was. When stated I was not that customer, he continued to be unprofessional and rude. Before the call waws done for him he said to have a great day and that he loved me then set the phone down and told whoever else worked there that if this number calls call to not answer and block it! Love it! The Best I went to metro audio on a recommendation from a guy friend who has taken his SUVs there for years. My stock audio system sucks so bad in my Audi I had to upgrade it. The guys at metro installed a alpine screen and a TREO amp and small subwoofer system. I think it's the best sounding car I have ever heard(even better than his SUV lol.
TOP NOTCH STAFF!!! I had a rear seat DVD system installed in my 2010 Tahoe. It was amazing the transformation the technicians made to my suv while i waited in their amazing movie theater and relaxed with a few movies. While it did take about 7 hrs to install, i realized when i was demonstrated my system how much work was done and i cant believe that it was even possible to do all the installation in one day. highly recomended. Great work on my motorhome. My satellite tv wasn't working and I was having problems with my dvd player. The technician was knowledgeable and had us back on the road in time to get to our game in Lincoln. I was referred to them my two people in st Louis. I couldn't believe I had to go to Omaha to get it fixed but it was the right choice. Highly recommended.
Metro was able to put video outputs to the factory DVD player in our 2005 pacifica, allowing us to install 2 9" headset monitors. we really like the way they treated us they even fed our kids, and we go to metro because we want thing done right!
I’ve been a customer of Metro since May of 2009. This is my third audio system. My sister got one too. I like that they get to me immediately. The quality of the work is awesome. They’re very knowledgeable & don’t b.s. about what you really need

I learned of Metro Audio Dynamics from a friend who owns a boat that they had this store do a lot of lighting and sound on it. I simply needed my remote car starter to start the car much further away as I park in a large lot. They were able to start it from my iPhone and they said it will work just about anywhere in the world now, so that's a huge improvement from the 30ft that it was. Store is very nice and staff is the best. Highly recommended.
