Contractor called and made illegal allegations stating that an unpaid/partial paid invoice 48 hour post service would result in them sending out a technician to disconnect the unit. The full value was not paid due to the bank limiting out of state transactions and a partial payment was sent with notice that the remainder will be paid once the bank waiting period was over after the weekend. Disappointment is an under-statatement when it comes to this company, the rest of the reviews says it for all. Only thing to add, if this company is picked by your insurance company save your deductible by saying no visit from them. Below is what i had to go through. The technician spent less than 10 minutes inspecting my furnace before concluding that the blower motor had failed and attributing the damage to a power surge. I highly recommend Sabah in Metro Atlanta for HVAC work. He replaced my AC unit at a very reasonable price and did an excellent job. What impressed me even more was that he continued helping me with another AC unit that he didn’t even install—we were referred to him by a friend. We had a problem with our furnace, it was running amok upstairs in our bonus room and Sabah Salam gave us GREAT SERVICE! He fixed everything (3 damper motors) and showed us what he had done. He also tested everything and showed us that everything was working. I would highly recommend this company and Sabah! Sincerely great service!
