07/09/24 Had a big issue with Metro from ambulance service from 10/19/23 where they turned it over to Credit Bureau of Macon. It was 8 months but it was finally resolved by the president Robert. Hopefully he will improve the operation. Good job Robert
Do not use this service. We have been waiting for over 12 hours. Every time you call they are on there way.
Please do not use this service, lie after lie is all they know. We are going on 13 hours and still have no service.
They are horrible. I’ve been waiting all day for the to transport my 81 year old sister from Emory Dekalb Hospital. They were supposed to be here by 5 pm. At 7 pm I was told 9 pm. It’s cold and raining and it’s 9 pm and they still are not here. They have a contract with the hospital that’s the only way they can make money. I’m writing a letter of complaint to the hospital and writing this review. But they don’t care about reviews because they have contracts so service doesn’t matter.
Paid bill 3 years ago and they still put it on my credit report. Someone should put this fraud ridden tax write off for Russian oligarchs out of business. Leaches and liars they are. The customer rep sounded like a opioid addict who hates his job.
