Don't move here! Maintenance is half assed. 1 dumpster for an entire complex that is always full and overflowing. The complexanager is never in the office, like ever. He charges his electric vehicle through the office that we all have to split public utilities here on top of our own. Pool is always broken and dirty. Things are always broken. Management here at Metro is amazing under their new management! Leo and his staff are fantastic and constantly answer the needs of their tenants in an incredibly timely manner . No matter what issue the is, the manager finds a solution and is super friendly and helpful! I can’t praise Leo and his team for making this a pleasurable living experience!
Never had any major issues.And the ones that I did have were resolved rather quickly and efficiently
