Updated Review: in the 4 years I have lived here I have seen a change in property management and on site managers. In the last month we have an amazing property manager and the pool and surrounding areas look the best it has looked. Thank you Leo for listening to the residents.
There's a new Sheriff in town
Horribly run. Would not recommend. Nobody ever answers the phone when I call the front office and maintenance takes over a week (7 business days) to come do repairs for work orders. Michelle, the previous manager who was fired, was nice at first but then was rude when I would notify her about ongoing repairs needed.
PLEASE DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! Roach infested!!! Black mold infested!!!!! 0/10 communication skills.
