(One star not a reflection on Metro/sales staff) I will never EVER again buy an appliance without (if this is even possible which I doubt) not having a demo with it plugged in to SEE in PERSON the lights as in is it an ultro bright blue-white intrusive light? LIke in the over the range microwave clock that cannot be turned off? (I have thoroughly researched online and manual, and nope.) Bertazzoni brand. This is a fantastic place to go and get new appliances. Make sure you ask for Amy. She is such a wonderful person, so much help, outgoing, understanding, and very professional.
The folks are friendly. You'll want to enter from the cul-de-sac. Docks will be on the right and most are slanted. They are also on a slope. You will be required to do a blind-side back to the right. If you arrive early, there is a Workman's truck stop less than a mile away that you will pass on your way in. They have a lot of food options to choose from and the coffee is good. They don't charge for parking.

What a fail. If something ( a common household appliance) is shown in stock then there should be a reasonable expectation that I can show up to the store and buy it. Not go though three different people before your told we don't carry those. You know, I wanted to check the place out in case I need to replace an expensive kitchen range or fridge.
