Honestly, before I even thought of Metro Appliance I was already browsing at big box stores but I heard horrendous stories of them and decided to try local. My neighbors recently had a delivery from Metro and the delivery guys accidentally backed up into my mailbox and pretty much knocked it over. After working with Rocky at the corporate office, they were all about getting it fixed for me and making it look even better than it was before. (One star not a reflection on Metro/sales staff) I will never EVER again buy an appliance without (if this is even possible which I doubt) not having a demo with it plugged in to SEE in PERSON the lights as in is it an ultro bright blue-white intrusive light? LIke in the over the range microwave clock that cannot be turned off? (I have thoroughly researched online and manual, and nope.) Bertazzoni brand.
