Purchased the fridge on-line but it was not available so had to wait 5 weeks for it to arrive. The delivery was fine but I was disappointed in the installation. I had to level it myself (my kitchen floor in a new home is not level and the refrigerator was leaning to one side). Then the doors were out of alignment and I looked up in the instructions on how to fix it but could not get my allen wrench to work so I called and they had to come back to fix it.

I purchased several appliances from Metro. We had to replace our fridge due to being damaged in the tornado, so we had struggled for awhile. The fridge was delivered and installed. Three days later all the food in the fridge was frozen solid. Metro sent a repairman very quickly, who said it would need to defrost for 48 hours before repairs and more time to receive the part.
