We bought a wall oven and it was missing the air fryer shelf/basket. They ordered one for us. We didn’t hear from them so we called and were told it was in. We pick it up and it was the wrong one. We called and they said they would order the right one. Didn’t hear from them again. I called and the salesman said he thought it was in and would check and call me back. That was 5 days ago and still no call and no shelf.

Building a new house that was set to be done in august. Ordered new refrigerator in June/July to make sure it would get in on time. It did not. We kept getting a different story from salesmen Kevin as to why we had not gotten our fridge yet. Eventually we asked about one in stock that we could just settle for. This was a month after moving in. We were told that they had one that was a lesser model but would cost us $500 extra!!!
