Called these guys after calling many other appliance repairs. Even having their service call out price at $75, I took the risk and call them coz I already spent about $90 on other service calls that were cheaper as well as the service and quality. Previous technicians sent to me were totally unprofessional and/or playing with the repair cost. So, I had no hope and thought that Metro appliance going to be the same as bla-bla-bla. Called these guys on a Saturday because our dryer broke down. Several other companies refused to come out on a weekend. Metro appliance showed up promptly and their tech was very efficient. Spent 20 minutes max, changed the necessary part and was on his way. Their pricing is very reasonable as well in comparison to other appliance repair services in Newport Beach area that I called. I am highly recommending this company and will come back with all my future appliance repair needs. :)
