Princess/prince paramedic couldn't stand to wait in line at an exit. They just HAD to stop on the highway and cut in like a toddler who doesn't know the rules of society. I absolutely would not my loved one transported by people who A. Don't care if they crash the companies ambulance. B. Don't care about others on the road. C. Have zero regard for rules and regulations. Absolutely unsafe and disrespectful. I believe the back of the ambulance had a number "55" on it.
Was transferred from a surgery to a care facility by this company as I’m in the care facility, I simply had to take a moment while still fresh in mind to share what a positively compassionate and professional experience this was. My team was McKoy and Hope and they made me feel safe and taken care of the minute they came in to understand vitals and transition plan. They were the most kid and empathetic team. What!!! I love them! They are always accommodating whenever we call. Very polite over the phone and I can’t say enough about the staff that come over for the transport. They are always kind, gentle and caring with my Mom. I strongly recommend them!
