Huge shoutout to Andy and the team at Metro for coming through in a last-minute situation. After two weeks of coordinating my patient’s discharge to a rehab facility about 70 miles away, we had a very tight window—and they made it happen!! Really appreciate you guys!
#55 had cut me off on the highway as I was on the fast lane passing and then cut back into the middle lane once it had to stop due to the person in front slowing. Very scary that an emt or any healthcare driver can be driving an ambulance so recklessly without even having an emergency. I have video proof of incident if needed. It was, if i’m not mistaken, a girl with glasses at around 9:02 am on may 6, 2026.
My father fell down and hurt his right side ribs and his back we called Metro and they came within half hour to an hour . Adrian and Nadine were super professional five stars across the board. I would recommend Metro to anyone in the area. They are fabulous.
