The best experience - hands down! Joe and the team from Metro Air were so helpful, accommodating and amazingly priced. The guys that attended the house were so accommodating when I explained I needed to be able to use the room they were installing one of the air conditioners at by a certain time. Nothing felt like it was too much to ask or too silly to ask either. Best customer service and I will be referring all my friends. and family here in future!

Amazing service from Jo today. I rang to see if they serviced older airconditioners as ours had started tripping our powerboard. While they don't he was keen to help me and suggested a couple of things including cleaning the filter and also making sure a mist of water is used on our outside unit as it is such a hot day (~41C) today and the compressor may be overheating. The filter was dirty but the problem remained. Have been misting the unit for about 30 minutes so far and there hasn't been any tripping of the powerboard. A... read more
Very happy with every aspect. Easy and painless to obtain a quote, which was very reasonably priced. Install was a lot quicker than we were expecting and the team were incredible. Very open and accommodating to our requests to move things around. We went from an old Daikin to the Mitsubishi electric and it has not faltered on this 38C day, making our house colder than it has been! 100% recommend Joe and the team!!
