Very happy with Joe and the install team, Great install with no fuss, all trades were very respectful and professional.
Metro Air was referred to us by a friend, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. From start to finish, Joe was professional, knowledgeable, and easy to deal with. The after-sales service was also excellent. Every trade that came through was courteous, efficient, and left everything tidy. The whole process was smooth and stress-free. Very disappointed with our experience with Metro Air (sub contracted through Rite Price). The installation left damage including holes in the roof, scratched/poorly cut vents, and a damaged skylight. When we raised this with Alex (Supervisor), he was dismissive and defensive, telling us “these things happen” with no empathy or reassurance the issues would be fixed. We had Joe install our ducted air conditioning and couldn’t be happier with the result. From start to finish, his attention to detail was spot on, he took the time to explain everything clearly, made sure the layout suited our space, and didn’t cut corners. You can tell he takes real pride in his work, and it shows. Highly recommend Joe if you want someone who actually cares about getting it right the first time.
AMAZING. There are not enough words to express my gratitude to Joe (and his team) for the task they faced with replacing an existing AC with a new unit. I had numerous problems ranging from an undersized AC unit, a leaking cold draught in my family room and bedroom to a ‘Return’ over a stairwell creating cold air down the stairs, etc etc. I never thought the problems would be resolved.
