Great facilities, spacious flats and great Team Metro 59 is being managed by a great team. It was a great experience living there with wonderful facilities, timely issue resolution and celebration & parties for residents. It has well build structure, all mentioned facilities, spacious kitchen, patio and playing space for pets & kids, swimming pool, party space and indoor games like pool & TT.

Metro59 is GREAT. Ivan is a wonderful property manager. He is responsive, communicative, and goes above and beyond in ensuring that his residents are satisfied. Maintenance is quick and fast, and the team ensures that everything is nice and clean in the buildings and the property as a whole. I recommend Metro59 to all those that are interested in renting a home.
The walls, and floors here at Metro 59 are VERY thin. You literally hear EVERYTHING your neighbors are doing. If they (the neighbors above me) flush the toilet, you literally hear it. If a neighbor plays their music, you literally hear every word to the song, (even if the music is NOT playing loudly; at a "regular" volume, you still hear every bit of the songs / music.) DO NOT RECOMMEND. VERY RUDE PROPERTY MANAGER Absolutely disastrous. Currently living in metro 59 apartments for almost 2 years. Both the elevators are not working and when i try to reach the management, the response i received is horrible. Instead of helping me out the property manager Nicole just keeps denying the fact that the issue even exists. Key points: - lease agreement length is not what was discussed - Not a family friendly place to live (they have more for dogs than kids) - Bugs and spiders all day everyday in the apartment - Water heater was a struggle in the beginning - Hallways almost never vacuumed - You can hear EVERYTHING above you and your neighbors can hear below you - No lighting in bedrooms - Hot tub usually isn’t working I come from a service industry and contractual services so as I write this I fully unde... read more
Do NOT recommend Previous Manager was much better. Current Manager should not be in management, very poor skills and makes empty promises. Manager has been very rude to both current residents as well as potential people who were looking to move in but decided not to based on her treatment of them. You will pay more here than anywhere else for amenities that you cannot use.
Recommendedi just moved into these apartments two weeks ago, and have been in love with them every step of the process. marco assisted us and was very accommodating given the climate right now with COVID. he wore a mask, and made sure he opened all doors, cabinets, closets, etc. they really think through every detail as to ensure everyone’s safety. he even brought me treats for my dogs, which was the best display of hospitality i’ve ever seen. this complex is what a luxury apartment should be like.

Overpriced, Noisy, Inexperienced Management These apartments are overpriced for Aurora and what you get. You can hear loud footsteps every time someone walks between floors. Over advertised amenities that may not function properly. New Management lacks some technical capabilities, empathy, and people skills. Complex moral is low and declining daily. Do not recommend.
