I can give you this honest review that Scott was the best down-to-earth person. I’ve talked to in a long time. I literally was heading to somewhere else a different auto shop when I saw that they were open and they were very accommodating, very thoughtful, and the prices were even better than I got quoted from a different facility. I originally had a bad experience with Firestone in the past, but being that they’re independent Firestone company they don’t have to follow the same rules.
