Picked up a "too good to go" order. Got a great Italian rum cake, full sized, and a smaller cake. Absolutely delicious!.
I shop at this Metro regularly as I live in the area. I usually find the staff quite friendly and helpful especially the bakery. Today I encountered a rude and condescending cashier. I bought a premade Caesar salad which is something I don’t usually buy and took the two packets of dressing that are included with the family size salad and when she rang it up it came up as .79 each. Every time I come to this store to make a delivery, I end up waiting for an unreasonable amount of time. Every time I call, the person on the phone tells me, “Okay, I’m sending someone to receive the delivery,” but nobody ever comes. You do not have the right to keep delivery drivers waiting for 35 minutes, 40 minutes, or even an hour. We have deliveries to other stores as well. I’ve been waiting here for over an hour today.
