Lloyd Manor Metro has been my family's "go to" since it opened. Best Metro I've ever experienced. Kudos to a woman in the bakery section who baked me 6 extra ciabatta buns today, when there were only 4 in the bin. (I needed them for a free Danforth lunch program, tomorrow.) Her act was generous, and I'm grateful. I'm sad I didn't get her name - thin, blonde hair in a bun. She was also lovely with a helpful young man (student?) in bakery, as he and I tried to price those extra ciabattas. I now live in Riverdale; but still mak... read more
