Today there was nobody manning the only checkout with a light on and not so much interest from the staff in general. Otherwise, clean, quality, easy to navigate, and we quickly found what we wanted at an acceptable price.
Riri and Tanvi did a really good job making me a custom bouquet. Would definitely come back for the customer service!
The Floral department has really gone downhill in the last month or two. Nobody cares about customer service. Everything is dirty, buckets are not clean and I see the staff more interested in sneaking out for a cigarette than helping customers. I used to get my flowers for my restaurant there as the woman there used to take pride and be so helpful. Haven’t seen her in weeks and during that time, the department has become awful.
Kendra is the best !! Floral section was closed at 9.15 and all the staff refused to help me at this time for my sisters birthday! She came up and said she will help me !! Absolutely loved her work and metro service thanks so much
