I come to this location all the time and the cashiers here have always offered to pack the bags, but the cashier Roseanne tonight was an absolute joke. She packed two of my orders completely fine, but then out of nowhere started complaining directly to my face while packing the rest, saying it's "our job" to do it. If you look at Metro's corporate policy, their staff are literally trained to provide full service and bag groceries for you.
