That boy(Staff) needs a basic lesson in manners.…..Went to Metro on Mar 26th to buy a cake, and the experience was shockingly rude. The bakery staff couldn’t even be bothered to face me while talking. When I asked about the flavors, he bluntly told me to “just read the display” instead of answering politely. I wasn’t being difficult—just trying to get some basic help. If speaking to customers with respect is too much to ask, that’s a serious problem. This is not the kind of service anyone should expect.
