I had a really nice experience at Metro today. One employee noticed that my hand cart was very full and heavy, and she kindly brought me a wheel cart without me even asking. Small gestures like this make such a big difference. The employees at this store are always generous, helpful, and welcoming with a smile. I visit very often, and the customer service consistently makes shopping here pleasant. Thank you to the wonderful staff!
would do well to hire / fire the current receiving wasted 15 minutes waiting at the door calling the phone and ringing the bell for a delivery until I just walked around front and gave it to customer service
