Update December 2024. The deli meats seem old and dried out. The guy slicing could only do 1 thickness, which is not the thiness that I wanted. I probably use as much as the thick slice was, but when it's cut thin but not shaved, it's a little more tender. The prosciutto was even thick..... ruined our panini subs. No one finished them, and everyone had a bad comment on the lunch meat. Sad.....
