Most of the staff isn’t trained to do a water bottle exchange so 95% of the time I have come in the last year or my partner even to get a water jug and no one is there at the counter that is trained to do the exchange because they are always on break every single time so I have to leave with no water jug and go all night with no water or spend more money on water until I can get a water jug the next day hoping they aren’t on break. Like other people here I have seen food expired well over a year past its bb date. A bottle of mango juice, bbq sauce, I found a tub of yogurt a week over due 🤢 and all still at full price to boot. The deli was selling a deli meat platter shaped like a football for Super Bowl and it sat there for WEEKS after Super Bowl. It was grey and past the sweaty phase.
