I am so glad they changed their employees, because the service was awful. I went in two days ago looking for a specific outfit, and employees Leih and Shante were nothing but great ! They wanted to help me find the perfect outfit, and when something did not work they were able to suggest something similar. Since management has been changed, I actually want to shop here.
I have been in the store several times and I am never greeted by the staff. They only speak to you if make a purchase. On my last visit, I had to find someone to let me in the fitting room only to be told that I could not take my handbag into the fitting room with me. I found that odd because I have not found that to be an issue on any other occasion. When I protested, the associate looked at me blankly and I walked out. The assiciates do not trust you with the merchandise, but I am to trust them with my personal belongings.... read more

I'm sorry you had a bad experience. Unfortunately store policy is no bags allowed into the fitting rooms. Metro's associates greet all customers ...it a major part of training.
Over hear employees talking about me because I'm plus sized with big boobs .. But I fit in a large comfortable!! I said something to them and they STILL where talking WHILE I COULD HEAR !!! AND THE MIC COULD ONLY SAY " IF I SAY SOMETHING TO HER EMPLOYEES THEY WERE going to KICK ME OUT.... I CRIED BECAUSE WHY WOULD YU EVEN TALK ABT SOMEONE IN THE FITTING ROOM WHERE THEY COUKD HEAR YOU ..
