Don’t move here if you like an office who doesn’t know how to respond or communicate. this property lacks communication. They are also unfair. If you ever try to tell on a neighbor, they will give you a non-renewal. If you have an unauthorized pet, they will not care. If your neighbor harasses you and bully’s you, office will not take ur side or do anything to protect you. Property manager is delusional. I’ve lived here for a little more than a year now & love it. Staff is super helpful & kind. Today Joel came and fixed up some things that weren’t working in my place super quickly. He even noticed that my air filters were in poor condition (that wasn’t even what I had sent in a work order for) & fixed those for me too. It’s the little things like that which makes it feel like the staff cares & enjoys being here too.
