After living here, I can confidently say that you will see and hear plenty of homeless people hanging out at the Circle K across the street. You will also be able to hear your neighbors watching TV thanks to the paper thin walls. And then at night you get to dodge the cockroaches as you walk to your car. Good times!

Great experience! Eric was so friendly and made sure that if we wanted to move in, we would be comfortable. He answered all questions perfectly and at this time unfortunately we cannot move in as much as we want too. Thank you Eric for sharing your expertise on how a real authentic guide should be like.
