I had the most horrible experience with Joseph's wife (the receptionist) this morning. I saw Joseph once almost a year ago and I called this morning about an appointment and called him Joe as I haven't seen him in so long and must of got his name wrong. His wife practically yelled at me numerous times and said "don't you ever call him Joe ever again." I was honestly gobsmacked.
