Con artists. Gave us completely misleading costings and inclusions. Ripped friends off by pulling their tender and increasing pricing by over 150k! Also advised we wouldn’t find a 4 bedroom home for under 400k in the current market which is a lie. Rude and arrogant. Worst customer service we have had at a display home. Not to mention Metricon are going through financial troubles. Avoid at all costs!

Built with Metricon in 2019/2020 - NO PROBLEMS - The house was and is super. The supervisor (Steve) was a rough diamond but he made sure that everything was correct. I'd recommend them. This place is really well built!
Absolutely horrible experience. Missing important costs in first contract, followed up by ridiculously high variation, to now saying that the variation doesn't include a main part of the engineers report, basically charging 30k for a 5k job. Pack of thieves and scum bags. Horrible communication. Honestly, don't built with Metriconartists
