Very happy with Metricon and their Staff. We dealt with Simone and so far she has been brilliant. Looking forward to getting our keys!!

Metricon are liars and builders of sub standard homes. Our house went $100k over budget (we already allowed for 100k on top of the quote for things like M studio - it was 100k more than that!) because Metricon obviously messed up their margins. They justified these increases because of delays which were a result of their poorly organised and non transparent business structure - AVOID them!
