Am not able to contact their office to help pay rent. This is putting their renters in danger.
My realtor referred me to Metric Realty, and so far my experience has been excellent. I’ve been working with LaKeisha Stevenson, and she has been amazing throughout the entire process. She is very knowledgeable, quick to respond, and has made everything easy from start to finish. The team has been supportive, professional, and great to work with. If you’re looking for a reliable property management company in the Charlotte area, I highly recommend Metric Realty. I’m looking forward to continuing to work with them!
The Metric Realty Company is Awesome!!!! As soon as I reached out to Le'Kisha, she responded immediately and was ready to get to work. She explained everything to me, the process was thorough, and she was always available to answer any questions I had. Le'Kisha was very informative and explained the different routes that I could take and the possible outcome. I couldn't have chosen a better Agent and Company to represent me, and I am forever grateful for Le'Kisha. Thanks!!!!
Le'Kisha and Phyllis at Metric Realty Company are an amazing team! Through their negotiations on my behalf, my new home appraised over $15k more than your purchase price. This was my first time buying a home and I wouldn’t have been able to do it without them. They truly made the process seamless and I highly recommend them if you’re in the need for a Relator!
My realtor, Lekisha Stevenson and the Metric Realty company have been very supportive in my process of buying my first home!
