These people are incompetent and poorly equipped. I took my 2014 Mercedes G550 to diagnose a window regulator issue because the windows stopped operating. They held the car for 3 days and then said they didn't have the computer to reprogram the window module that according the them had failed. Charged me $175 for nothing. I took the car to a local MB dealer for repair. They said the cable has become undone and once they plugged it back in, the windows started working. I was a little nervous due to 1 star reviews but don’t be! Just had a transmission flush. They quoted a price before I came which was comparable to others in my home town. They let me know about a code that came up on an issue I expected and helped me with understanding and knowledge about how to care for a few issues in the future. I 100% recommend. I would say, if you’ve had an issue here, it might be you. Lol. They were great! Thanks guys! See you for my next tune up!
