Scammers charged me $290 for a oil change and a tire rotation some how a tire rotation and oil change labor equals $160 when bmw dealership quoted me $200 plus they were gonna change my serpentine belt I get if they charged me like $50 for labor for the oil change but the price of a tire rotation is all labor and then they charge me more labor????
