Andy Mercer has forgotten more about motorcycles than most people will ever know. BMW specialist. The shop is only by appointment and cash or check, no credit cards. Don't waste your time trying to call Andy. Email him and get a timely response back. If you are in a hurry go to the dealership. If you want excellent repairs and service and can wait a little, go see Andy. I'm a daily commuter on my BMW and Andy solved an electrical problem, new brake lines, new tires, new headlights.
