Your receptionist is rude, get a new one
Told my teenage daughter that she needed 3 root canals, they took one tooth and rescheduled her for 2 more, I was away at work in camp and found it very suspicious as she takes very good care of her teeth and she was extremely upset about the situation. I sent her to another dentist for a 2nd opinion, they said that she definitely did not need any root canals, and that there was nothing wrong with her teeth, needless to say, we never went back, if in doubt get a 2nd opinion.
My husband needed fillings and they checked that his insurance would cover ONE so he agreed to ONE filling against his agreed consent of one they did two and changed him $500.
