Five stars to Dr. Chen and assistant. One star to Lisa et al. at the front end who is first point of contact for the office and was my first human encounter on this particular Monday morning. My son’s appointment fell on a day, today, when there was a regional gale-force wind warning and heavy rainfall expected. I stood and watched the trees be blown sideways and branches flying.
