Headquarters deserves this review but they are hidden from Google Reviews so you get this one. I wonder if anyone there has been trained that the entities on this side of the phone are real people with real issues. You should all have a sticker on your phones that says "handle with care" as a reminder. Your company is cold and impersonal and your hearts and policies are both made of ice collected from the deepest chasm in Hell.
