I spoke to a woman , named Judy, from The dental NCD/MetlLife insurance company. She has tremendous customer service skills and patience guiding through options that solved my concerns. I wish every business had a "Judy".
My daughter and I have been trying for months to get a check issued for her total control account. They always say to call back in 2 days while they look into why it wasn't issued. It's been the same thing since August. She still hasn't been issued the check.
