Brighthouse as a company is a complete joke and I've wasted over 10 hours being on hold with their operators trying to change my EP. Trust me they are an absolute joke and this physical location doesn't even want to help people who already have life insurance they just want to rope new unexpecting people to be hooked with the same dumb financial institution bright house. Well it's sort of funny cause no one is bright at all there.
