Worst insurance experience I have ever had in my life. I’m in the middle of a dental crisis and they keep telling me that I need to keep calling 8000 numbers just to figure out where I can go to get seen and then when I finally get in contact with the dentist, it’s oh you need a company tax ID number that’s not nowhere on my ID card so now I can’t get service after an hour of calling around.
Absolutely the worst company to work with. Representatives NEVER return calls, but they sure do enjoy the commission off of your policy. Horrible customer service!!!
