Do not recommend this company - run if your employer uses them. Been struggling with them for 6 weeks on my short term claim while on FMLA. Trying to deny me as “not covered” when I’ve been paying for coverage for years. When you call customer service to speak to someone they can’t give you answers and they “don’t have numbers to the case managers” to connect you to your case manager. This insurance agent is very knowledgeable and knows how to take care of his customers. I've been with Mike for several years and always felt he had my interests first. That, coupled with MetLife being a top notch insurance company, makes for a winning combination.

Mike was great to work with. Had to sign up blind in a pinch for insurance last year. I was dreading the insurance shopping this year as I typically spend a lot of time comparing and spread sheeting the differences between coverage's, deductibles, costs... etc. Mike has been good to work with over the last year but I didn't know if I was getting the best rates.
