My family has several accounts which they constantly mix up. We called so many times, and explain, still the person kept getting wrong charges on a credit card for a wrong account. Also you have to go through many questions before you can talk to representatives. Then they said they understood that you want to separate accounts. However, in a month it turns out they mixed accounts up again.

I got accident with there customer and was 2 week ago and they didn't do anything yeah. So im down here to there office and they about to close at 20 minutes less im at their office and no one open for me door when im knocked.
