The last time I communicated with Paul was Aug. 2023. I forgot that the RTA form was only good for 30 days, so I needed his assistance on 5/15/2025. I was desperate and I was at a local AAA making sure that I had all the correct paperwork before camping out for 2.5hrs at the RMV. I sent the original RTA from 2023 to have corrections made with up to date info, fingers crossed. Paul responded immediately! Shared policy never got a quote let alone a call back after any of the messages i left or emails horrible service!!!
