Absolute WORST insurance ever. I got Hospital Indemnity through my job thinking I would probably want it for if I had another baby. Ended up having a baby 19 months after my first. so came in handy, but I started a new job before babe was born so then I took over coverages. In 5 months, I was never billed for the right amount. I was billed for 6 months, then 4, then 10, then 6 again. they have 3 months pay periods and at all of those points I had only been with them for 3 months. If I could give this agency a ZERO star review I would. My grandfather was contacted by this agency as a cold call to get a quote. Being that he is 84 he didn't realize what was going on. He does not even have a license but yet this agency started a policy on him for both home and auto and sent him documents to sign. Once he received the documents he called several times in hopes to get ahold of them to find out why he needs to sign when he did NOT start a policy.
