Don't waste your time or money on met life a complete joke
Met Life is the leave policy handler through my employer. I have had no good experience with filing and receiving payment for my leave. I call, get told I'll hear from my case manager with updates, to never hear from them. The only communication I get is when I call to figure out what is going on. Would not recommend to anyone. Other employees that have had to work with MetLife corroborate my experiences with the company.
I had to put a star just to leave a review or they wouldn't even have that...Parents have been passed for 5 mths and can't get bills paid because Met life has had it under review for 4 mths even though they have had everything they need....choose anyone else for your life insurance and don't make your beneficiaries have to go through this with them....
