Do not call this number. There are no agents in the United States. All these local numbers are directed to the Philippines. MetLife contacted me. I gave them all the necessary information they needed for the death benefits. It has been three years and they still can’t get my information straight. I feel like I’m being scammed

I m only giving it 5 stars because of one person only!!! And he deserves a raise!! After calling for almost 3 months regarding a check that I have not received one person and one person only his name is Luis galtamez was able to resolve my issue he even called me back to let me know that my check was on its way! If anybody from MetLife inc is reading this review then they should know that I m only staying with this company because of the outstanding customer service I received from Luis galtamez
When u call the number it routes u to something called quote rhino. I'm not even sure if this is a real MetLife.
