I have all of my insurance with Trey Pinegar. He has great assisted in checking with all of his carriers to find the best rate and coverage's with me. Their customer service is outstanding.

The website looks nice but has zero functionality.When I signed up, the person on chat just told me to mail in forms because the online forms are defunct. When I had a child and tried to increase my coverage, the website still didn't work, and printing the forms didn't work. I called, and the person who answered was very nice but effectively useless. She claimed to mail me the forms I needed since the website doesn't work, but I didn't receive the forms in time. Let's hope I don't die, because if the customer service is this... read more
