The website looks nice but has zero functionality.When I signed up, the person on chat just told me to mail in forms because the online forms are defunct. When I had a child and tried to increase my coverage, the website still didn't work, and printing the forms didn't work. I called, and the person who answered was very nice but effectively useless. She claimed to mail me the forms I needed since the website doesn't work, but I didn't receive the forms in time. Let's hope I don't die, because if the customer service is this... read more
