Everytime I need dental work done it take 2 months for them to approve the procedure after multiple denials. They take your money and don't want to pay for anything you need done. If the employer has Met Life, look for employment elsewhere. These benefits don't benefit anyone but them.
I have called the out of country service rep multiple times and got completely different answers. I sent in typed documentation 3X for information on 2 policies over which I am POA and court ordered Conservator. All legal documents mailed. Today I got back confirmation on change of beneficiary and the name is spelled incorrectly (my copy is very neatly written) AND they still can't figure out that there are 2 policies even though I have corrected every form and sent separate typed letters with both policy numbers.
