Phone support automation is an absolute nightmare. No number for vision, so called the dental line and the automated system kept transferring me back and forth between dental and vision because the automated system isn’t set up correctly. When I finally tried to get it to let me speak to someone that was a nightmare as well. I’m sad the company I work for switched to this insurance. I will recommend us for the next year to go with another company.
