I guess I didn't realize yal didn't cover normal dentist work. I'm suggesting to HR and upper management to replace yal with a company that actually helps customers .
They are awful. Say they haven't received signed release forms. I have the emails. Say they can't open the documents. Have sent in odf and jpg like they ask. Say hospital won't send documents. The hospital has. Over and over another lie. Denied critical illness when I have DVT cardiovascular disease. Foreign customer service reps can't find the account half the time. Awful experience all the way around.
Worst customer service ever. I'd rather end it than try and file a claim with Metlife.
