I was get up to date information from Rick regarding coverage and discounts. He's always good about letting me know about new things. I am highly likely to renew my insurance policy with him.
I'm always able to get the help I need through MetLife Midwest Associates. They are extremely responsive, and get things done. I work with Richard Ness, and he is always able to give great responses to my questions or concerns.
Rick is an awesome agent! Highly recommend him because when I met him in person I immediately could tell he was responsible and just a good choice, and he is.
