This has been the worst experience I have ever had and yes I’m upset. My claim was approved and MetLife sent my first check and I have not gotten any more payments in over a month. I am getting evicted from my home all bills are past due because of the situation. I’ve called and asked to speak to a case worker a manager or even a supervisor. After paying five months of premiums for MetLife’s veterans dental plan (over $500). They paid less than a third of my cleaning bill and denied the rest. What a rip off and a shame that this company would take advantage of the veteran community in such a way. They insist that I owe them for seven more months of premiums. Don’t waste your money on this corrupt company. I am disputing this and will post updates as this progresses.

There are few companies that are more incompetent than this place. Everyone is friendly once you actually get them on the phone, just totally lost as to what they are doing.
