WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I'VE EVER SEEN!!! MY DADDY PASSED AWAY IN FEBRUARY 2020. I'VE SPOKEN TO SEVERAL OF YOUR ASSOCIATES ABOUT MY DAD'S POLICY. ALL I WAS TRYING TO DO IS FIND OUT WHAT WAS THE POLICY AMOUNT AND WAS IT WHOLE LIFE? I'VE BEEN LIED TO MY SEVERAL OF MET LIFE ASSOCIATES. Absolutely the worst company to do business with. Will deny your claim until the day you die! Currently during Covid-19 they're asking for all updated paperwork from my Dr's. Then they did the fastest review they have ever done to avoid me getting to my Dr.'s & getting them their paperwork. Last time -non covid it took 4 plus months. this time 4 weeks. This company is dirty. Do yourself a favor & do not EVER choose them! I've been dealing with nonstop stress & BS for 2 years.
Without a doubt the WORST insurance company I have ever dealt with. They are either completely incompetent, completely dishonest or both. They have never paid a claim without a fight. They claimed that my automobile accident was a pre-existing condition. They denied my claim under my Accident policy because they claimed my accident was a disease. They denied my claim under my Hospital Indemnity policy because they claimed that my hospitalization was due to an accident.
