Absolutely unprofessional organization and guy who sits on the phone from the gate sign. Assigned to me a load a day in advance when I was in St. Louis and cancelled it when I started to drive towards this facility. I got empty at another receiver 35 minutes away and the same minute broker said it’s cancelled. They wanted to ship 10*10*10 inches box on a 40 foot hotshot and last minute decided not to, the highest level of stupidity ever.
Terrible place to get loaded at. Everyone walks around vaping. They take breaks every 10min. Nobody knows what’s going on. The office people are no help at all. Terrible place.
Skidded coil delivery. Very nice place. Polite people. Checked in, untarped, unstrapped and unloaded in no time
Don't mind the no truck signs.its good for trucks
