They accept Medicade and got me in within a few weeks. So as someone also in poverty I had a very opposite experience from the 1 star review. Everyone has been very helpful and kind from the phone staff to my personal therapist. No waiting time and easy to reschedule if needed. Highly recommend!!!
They offered to see you right away if you pay $3,500-4,000. But if you live in the poverty level like me, you’re placed on a wait list and it takes about a year. I had my initial appointment several months ago. It’s so hard to wait a year to get testing that you’ve been waiting to get your whole life you know and once again, you get treated like an underdog. At this place, money walks and people who have insurance wait.
NOT TRAUMA INFORMED!!! UNPROFESSIONAL and UNTRUSTWORTHY, to say the least. No grievance department and the director will not respond or take action on client's behalf, in the wake of very inappropriate behavior by a therapist.
